Unattended Operation
Once configured, the Mail Proxy requires minimal attention. It works
in the background. Implemented as a Windows® service, it automatically starts as
soon as the computer is powered up. No user login is required for operation.

Performance
The Trilent Mail Proxy is a multi-threaded program. It supports multiple concurrent mail client
connections in both the send and receive directions simultaneously.
The proxy passes email messages immediately as they come (there is no
store-and-forward), with little or no delays. It will not monopolize your computer resources.
When not actually passing mail messages, it uses very few processor cycles.
